SQL Prompt is an interesting solution for auto-completion for SQL Server. It's interesting because it's working as a seperated application but add some features when you open SQL Server editor.
It's may you can give it a shot but I know better single IDEs for this job.
While we're talking about this I'd like to tell you I found a great DB Manager for MSDE - MSDE Manager. It has great features like "attach database". Absolutely better than EMS MsSQL Manager.
